Net-Worth increase from last month: +113K SGD, +0.54KG Gold
Thanks to the stock market, we had good increase this month.
Gold prices increased as well. So we had a mild increase in TNW in terms of Gold.
Investment: +1.69% annualized return, incl. dividend
Glad to see our time-weighted return going up a bit further.

Amazing! Can you pls share what are the components on net worth and how you manage to do 100 plus K over increments month on month?
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comments. Net Worth is basically all we own - cash, stock/bonds, CPF, flat mainly. We did not include insurance as I am not sure how to quantify those.
ReplyDeleteIf you read through all my posts, you would notice over 100k is rare. All stars need to align for us to achieve that - be it a big jump in stock market or property value, for example. In this case, we did not sell in Apr and enjoyed the quick renounce in stock market.
You would also notice we have a lot of negative months - typically because movement in stock or property more than offset our salaries.
No other secrets bro.
