Net-Worth increase from last month: +28K SGD, 0.42KG Gold

Stock market has been declining over the past few weeks. And it seems that SG property price has been dropping as well, at least from the site I follow. Hopefully, it declines to a point where ABSD can be lowered.

GOLD declined a bit as well. So we are a bit richer in terms of GOLD.

Investment: +12.44% annualized return, incl. dividend

The market has gone down a bit and I might deploy my war chest in the coming weeks/months.
