Here comes the snapshot of our Total Net-Worth for Sept 2024.
Net-Worth increase from last month: +57K SGD, -0.48KG Gold
The increase was a combination of salary, stock market recovery and appreciation of our flat.
In terms of Gold, Gold price has gone up faster than we could save. Just worth less and less Gold.
Investment: -3.42% annualized return, incl. dividend
The road to recovery is still long.
