Yesterday, I felt very energetic and was very efficient.
Today, I felt so tired.
Yesterday, I had done two meetings by 9am.
Today, even with a strong coffee, I am still half-awake at 9:08am.
What changed?
Well, a lot! But none can logically explain what it is happening to me.
